Consent to the processing of personal data - Severstal, for suppliers and contractors

Based on the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I hereby express my consent to the processing by PJSC Severstal located at the address: 162608, Vologda region, Cherepovets, Mira str., 30, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) of my personal data, including: last name, first name, patronymic (if any), telephone number, email address - for the purpose of receiving feedback on a question or request that has arisen, as well as information content about the procurement activities of Severstal.

I grant the Operator the right to carry out automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, to perform in documentary and electronic form all actions (operations) with my personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

By this consent, I confirm that I agree to the transfer of information in electronic form (including personal data) via open communication channels of the Internet.

I also agree to the transfer of my personal data:

JSC Severstal-Infocom (Cherepovets, Lenin St., 123A) for the purpose of servicing and technical support of the web portal.
JSC Severstal Management (Moscow, Klara Zetkin Street, 2) for the purpose of processing requests received from the Feedback form on the Website.

This consent is valid for 5 (five years).

The condition for termination of the Operator's processing of personal data is the expiration of the period specified in this consent, or the receipt by the Operator of my written revocation of this consent (revocation of this consent is made by drawing up a corresponding written document, which can be sent by me to the Operator's address by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or delivered in person against signature to the Operator's representative). The Operator stops processing personal data and destroys them within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the said revocation. The Operator has the right, after receiving the revocation of this consent, as well as after the expiration of this consent, to continue processing my personal data to the extent that consent is not or will not be required for its implementation by virtue of current legislation.
